SSSS College of Commerce for Women successfully hosted Career Conclave 2026 on February 10 and 11, 2026, an event aimed at bridging the gap between academia and industry and preparing students for a competitive job market. The conclave empowered students with vital industry insights, career guidance, and practical skills.

Honourable Director S. Jagdish Singh Ji blessed the participants and emphasized that such initiatives greatly contribute to guiding and shaping the future paths of students. In her address, Principal Dr. Payal Nanda emphasized the importance of adaptability as a key professional skill. She encouraged students to keep pace with the latest business techniques and make effective use of emerging technologies.

Day one of the event featured distinguished speakers from various fields.

  • Nitin, Centre Director at CL Educate Ltd., enlightened students on résumé writing, the importance of formal attire, and effective interview skills through an interactive session.
  • Reema Kalhan, Consultant and Operations Head at Frankfinn Aviation Services Pvt. Ltd., and Mr. Vinit Kapoor, Corporate Trainer at the same organization, along with their team, elaborated on career opportunities in the aviation industry and highlighted essential skills such as communication, language fluency, and confidence.
  • Bikramjeet Singh, Microsoft Certified Data Analyst from AOSC Technologies, highlighted Business Intelligence, explained methods to derive business insights, and emphasized the importance of Power BI. Mr. Prabhjeet Singh Kalra, Chief Marketing Officer at AOSC Technologies, guided students on career prospects in the fields of AI and IT, including content creation, digital marketing, and aviation services.

Day Two focused on emerging career trends.

  • Jatinder Kumar, Centre Head at IBT Institute, discussed various competitive examinations such as UPSC, PPSC, and banking exams, and provided guidance on building successful careers in these fields.
  • Ramandeep Dubey and Ms. Simranjit Kaur from PNB MetLife provided insights into the company’s joining and placement drive, explaining eligibility criteria, the application process, and available roles.
  • Sushil Mishra, Director at TIMES GM Institute, guided students on government and banking examinations, explaining exam patterns and preparation strategies.

The conclave served as an effective platform for career awareness and industry interaction, helping students prepare confidently for their professional future.
